effort to offer an improved, more focused method of support, it has been
divided, categorized, and provided to members as online resources for
userAxxess management. The structure is as follows:
- Initial support comes in the form of a small '?' located at the top
right of every panel (currently used in linearx theme). These
provide instant access to quick reference help files. Because
this information is obtained direct from useraxxess.com, it is subject
to constant updates and additional help instructions, providing a much
improved help based interface for online software.
- Secondary support comes direct from useraxxess.com member Tickets
area, where members can search the Help or FAQ section for information
pertaining to their question.
- Additional support also comes in the form of a support forum, where
registered users can look for or post information, requests,
suggestions, and much more.
- The final section of support is via direct ticket submission via
useraxxess.com. Members can submit tickets when they cannot find
any matching criteria in any other resource location
